Mechery (Kannangath) Family

 

The Mecherys are an ancient family who were blessed by God to receive His Good News from St.Thomas the Apostle, who came to Kodungalloor, Thrissur for Evangelization. Later on The Mecherys settled in Koodaphuza chalakudy. Over generations , The Mecherys have expanded and are currently living in Koodapuzha, Chowka, Pudukkad, Potta, Kanakamala, Mechira, and Elinjipra
